3D stories on a 2D screen

There are these rare moments when you come across the work of a stranger and it's like they leapt into your mind and your heart and pulled out what you've been unable to express quite so well.

Today I read Amelia Wattenberger's piece on Our interfaces have lost their senses and I was mesmerized.

Tell me this isn't one of the most powerful statements you've come across lately.

This is art.

Yes, she has this admirable talent to be able to state her points of view so simply and yet so powerfully.

But her visuals. Her interactions.

It's a whole new level of storytelling.

When people tell me you just can't tell a story in the same way on a screen I will always pull out this post.

It is argument and story and art all on one gorgeous page.
