What does it mean to raise kids in the age of AI?
  • Not about limiting screen time
  • Helping them develop judgment and discernment
  • Teaching as many mental models as possible so they know "how to think" and how to learn
What does it mean to trust a machine?
  • what is trust w/o responsibility or repercussions?
  • can trust go beyond the transactional?
  • how core is trust to relationship?
What does building for presence vs. productivity look like?
  • Presence can't be measured
  • If "what is measured is managed" then how can we build towards wellness and presence?
What would I build if I wasn't afraid of failing?
  • The same things, probably
  • Failure isn't the fear
  • It's the fear of not mattering
  • Of being invisible
How do we make technology more human?
  • Start with what humans need
  • Not what technology can do
  • The gap is where magic happens
Is ambition compatible with contentment?
